Ames joined Red Banyan from Fireside21, where he served five years as director of business development. Prior to joining Fireside21, Ames spent five years as the director of client relationships at CQ Roll Call. He also spent more than seven years on Capitol Hill, serving as special assistant to Rep. Steny Hoyer and legislative assistant to former Rep. Barney Frank.”
