After giving a memorable performance at Turning Stone recently, Starr provided the inaugural contribution that launched the Hands of Fame exhibit, which will feature handprints from the wide range of celebrities and performers who visit the resort.

The prints of Starr and other luminaries will be displayed at The GIG at Turning Stone’s Exit 33. A 51,000 square foot live entertainment venue featuring ideal acoustics, vintage furnishings and iconic pop culture imagery, The GIG is one of the leading music venues in Central New York and attracts top bands from across the region.

Rock and Roll Legend Ringo Starr Provides Inaugural Contribution to the New Turning Stone Hands of Fame Exhibit

Rock and roll superstar Ringo Starr, who turns 74 today, created the inaugural handprint display for Turning Stone’s new Hands of Fame exhibit following his memorable performance at Turning Stone Resort Casino Event Center last week. Launched on Starr’s birthday with his initial display, Turning Stone’s Hands of Fame will honor and memorialize the visits of an array of musicians, performers and celebrities who appear at the year-round destination resort.
